RISE 360
We use RISE when mobile -friendly learning needs to be produced as it outputs HTML5 courses. Because of the more limited configuration choices in RISE, we typically do not prototype the learning in XD. Rather we proceed straight from the Storyboard document to RISE. RISE is great when relatively simple learning needs to be produced on a tight budget.
Some Other Reasons to
Use RISE are:
- Minor adjustments can be made by clients online without worrying about version control. Octivo supports the client along the way, but this gives client the chance to handle their future small learning updates
- RISE is good for the quick conversion of old Flash learning content into a new mobile friendly structure (again, good for that tight budget).
