Digital Learning Digital learning is known by many names. Some call it online learning, for others it is digital learning or eLearning. At Octivo we tend to use digital learning as it is clear that we mean presenting learning materials

This learning is different from eLearning modules. eLearns are solely web-based and are undertaken at any time and on any device, without a learning instructor.

Is an extremely powerful approach when designed well. As you would expect from the name, we blend two other approaches together. The blending we are talking about combines Digital Learning, or online learning, with in person learning. It aims to bring together the best of both approaches.

We’ve built blended learning solutions in a number of ways that work perfectly for the client and the intended learners. Let’s explore some of these.

Octivo will work with your existing learning platform, whether it is a Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or some other platform. Over the years we have worked with all of the common ones and a good number of the rarer ones. We also find it very easy to use those we haven’t used before.

A common issue in the learning and development world is having little to show for all the hard work put into creating incredible learning experiences. Meaningful learning is created in alignment with an integrated learning strategy. Without this, learning fails.
