Instructor-led Learning

Is classroom-style development delivered by a learning specialist. It can be delivered in—person or online. This learning is different from eLearning modules. eLearns are solely web-based and are undertaken at any time and on any device, without a learning instructor.

Your Options: In-person and Online

Octivo delivers exceptional instructor-led learning in-person and online. We work with your preferences, budget and learning outcomes to identify the best instructor-led delivery mode for you.

In-person

In-person learning allows learners to connect and network face-to-face.

Delivered in smaller groups than online learning, in-person often allows for more individual attention from the instructor. Additionally, in-person learning is preferred when learners need to be hands-on, physically interacting with tools and materials, or when there is a need to practice/observe skills (such as communication, negotiation etc.).

Online

Online learning continues to gain popularity, and it’s easy to see why.

It provides economical and flexible learning with high impact. Research shows that as millennials and gen-z workers move towards becoming the majority in workplaces, they expect to have access to learning on-demand.

Online learning is a terrific option for organisations with a large workforce and/or remote workers.
